It’s finally here! 🎉 The Mailbutler Dashboard is now completely integrated into your inbox. 👏 All of the settings you used to change in your browser - your signatures, templates, teams and profile - you can now find directly in your email client, meaning you never have to leave it again! How to connect Todoist with Mailbutler. Install Mailbutler for Apple Mail or Gmail. In the top right of your Mailbutler Dashboard, click on your name, and select Integrations. Click on Todoist. Click Agree to grant Mailbutler permission to access to your Todoist data. (Optional) You can change the default Todoist project to sync with.
With Mailbutler you can add memos to emails (Notes) or turn messages into reminders (Tasks) in your inbox. Apart from your companion app, you can also find all your created Notes and complete/incomplete Tasks in your Dashboard or/and Mobile App. Filter Tasks and Notes in your Dashboard The instructions below show filtering Tasks.

Apple Mail

We moved the Dashboard from https://bowtie.mailbutler.io/ to the Sidebar of Apple Mail. The new Dashboard will open up from the bottom of the Sidebar (Dashboard button).
Once the Dashboard button is clicked, you will see 5 tabs. This replaces the menu on the old Dashboard.
The tabs include the following: Home Screen (activity feed), Email List, Contacts List, Note List and Tasks List.
Under the Settings Menu, all other Dashboard items can be found including Preferences. You can also access Mailbutler settings easily. This is what the Preferences page looks like now.
You can also access all other settings by clicking on the gear icon.
Here you can manage your signatures, templates, teams, profile, preferences, integrations, and subscriptions. You can also set up keyboard shortcuts and import your contacts.
Gmail
You can now always open Mailbutler from the Sidebar in Gmail. (Previously you had to select a message first.) You can of course close the Sidebar too.
You can click on Mailbutler on the Sidebar to reveal the Dashboard.
